Masterpiece Rifle CAR816 in the World From November 18 to 20, Korea's defense industry and leading foreign companies gathered at KINTEX, Ilsan Korea to hold a defense exhibition called DX Korea. Many military officials and foreign Generals visited the exhibition and had checked the function and participated at the firepower test to recognize its excellence. Among the numerous participating companies at the exhibition, there was a booth which was too busy due to many visitors. That was Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Byung-hak) who is manufacturer of firearms in Korea and which has developed its own technology while producing various firearms under a Technical Licensing Agreement with Caracal, UAE, which is the world-renowned company. Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd. signed a licensing agreement with Caracal, UAE in 2017 and has been supplied the world-class luxury gun CAR816 to Caracal. Through supplying of rifles and parts, DASAN Machineries Co., Ltd. has been faithfully playing its role in making the CAR816 rifle as a world-class luxury brand. Also, CAR816 which was produced by Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd. in Korea is already used by the Republic of Korea Navy Special Forces and has been used in the past OOO overseas operations and float its excellent performance to the surface. In particular, it supported Caracal's aggressive marketing with the highest level products from Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd., and as the result Caracal had win bid tender of the 120,000 units for the German military following the Indian military's bid in 2018. Mr. Hamad, president of Caracal, said in a visit to Korea this time, "Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd. has been supplied high-quality products on the desired delivery date and it contributed to expand Caracal's marketing, And this division of roles as Marketing and Manufacturing is become the basis for maintaining a mutually prosperous partnership and it is a win-win strategy for both companies." This relationship is not only a pride limited to a Korean company called Dasan Machineries Co., Ltd., but also an opportunity to share Korea's pride in CAR816 which is sold worldwide through Caracal as well as the UAE.

세계적으로 명성이 높은 UAE의 Caracal사와 기술협약을
맺고 라이센스 생산하면서 나름대로 기술개발을 하여온 다산기공(주)(대표
김병학)이었다.
다산기공(주)은 2017년 UAE의 Caracal사와 Licensing Agreement를 맺어 세계적인 명품 총기인 CAR816의
대부분의 부품과 완성총을 Caracal사에 공급하여 CAR816 소총이
세계적인 명품으로 이름을 떨치는 것에 그 역할을 충실히 하여오고 있다. 또한 다산기공(주)에서 라이센스 생산한
CAR816은 이미 대한민국 해군 특수부대에서 사용하고 있으며 지난 해외의 OOO작전에서
실 사용되어 그 성능을 확인하는 계기가 되었다. 특히 다산기공(주)의 최상급 수준의 제품 공급으로 Caracal 사의 공격적인 Marketing을 뒷받침 하면서 2018년 인도군 입찰 성사에 이어
최근 독일군에 120,000정 공급 입찰을 성사시키는 바탕이 되었다.
